It depends on storage, database and the number of websites, not on “speed”. Start includes 1 website and 5 GB of storage: that can be enough for a small catalogue with resized images, but leaves no room for a test copy. Plus (3 websites, 15 GB, 5 databases) gives more headroom and is our recommendation. Pro suits bigger catalogues or several stores.
No. We do not promise speed, response time, CPU or memory use, or availability (SLA, uptime). The plan description fixes storage, traffic and the number of websites, mailboxes and databases.
No: the plans include no backup service and we do not promise backups. Orders live in the database, so your own regular, tested backup matters most for a store.
