How quickly will my hosting be ready?
Every incoming order is checked and approved by a member of our team; the system then automatically creates your hosting account on the Enhance control panel. You can see the status of the service and log in from the Szolgáltatások (Services) page of the customer portal.
How can I pay?
By card, via Stripe’s secure payment page. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in our system. You can download your invoices from the customer portal at any time.
Can I move my existing website to you?
Yes. You can upload your files with the control panel’s file manager or via FTP, and import your database with a database tool. You can also bring your existing domain over with a domain transfer started in the customer portal. If you get stuck, open a ticket and we will help you find your way.
Is a free SSL certificate included?
Yes. Free SSL is part of the description of all three hosting plans (Start, Plus, Pro), so your website is served over https at no extra cost.
How can I cancel the service?
You can terminate the contract online in a few clicks on the cancellation page (in Hungarian). The details are set out in the Terms (in Hungarian) and the withdrawal information (in Hungarian).

You can open a ticket in the customer portal, so every question and answer stays in one place. You can also email us at nbartus21@gmail.com.
Do the prices include VAT?
The prices on this website and in the order system are net prices, excluding VAT, in euros, as stated in the plan descriptions. None of the hosting plans has a setup fee.
How is my data handled?
This website (hostio.hu) uses no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no external resources. The customer portal only uses the cookies it needs to work (for example, for logging in). All details are in the privacy policy (in Hungarian).
